How to Save Money in the Magical Kingdom

How to Save Money in the Magical Kingdom - Everyone wants to go to the Magical Kingdom and see all their favorite characters come to life - be Aladdin, Snow White, Cinderella or the Mighty Mickey. From Adults to Children, Disney World is a very attractive spot to spend a holiday in. And with the goliath scale over which Disney World is set in, it takes a good amount of time to explore it all. Unfortunately even magic has a cost, and in this case the cost is fairly steep, Disney World isn't cheap and the tickets can set you back in the money department a long way. And that makes the magical world seem somewhat less magical. However here are some money saving tips while you're in Disney World.

Disney's Deals

Previously Disney World avoided discount and deals of any sort but today, in its effort for an aggressive marketing campaign it offers deals of all kinds which include free stays, rides and food during your time there. However most of these deals are part of a package that require you to stay for four days or more.

Multiday Passes

A single day pass is quite expensive costing around $90 dollars for an adult. However if you buy a multiday pass, the per day price becomes low. For example buying a seven day pass amounts to around $40 a day (for a pass). However 4 days is usually enough to see all the major Disney Theme parks.

Driving to Disney isn't an always good idea

If you leave the car at home you can rely on Disney's Transportation System. And if you're staying at a Disney-run hotel, the resort's Magical Express coaches will shuttle you to and from Orlando International Airport for free. However the DTS can be sluggish and crowded. DTS can be slow and crowded, which is probably not what your family wants to put up with at the end of a long day of theme parking. Not having a car also means you'll be held prisoner to all things Disney-food, music, endless souvenir hawking-which, depending on your tolerance for pixie dust, may grate on your nerves.

Visit the wonderland during off season

For obvious reasons, the prices decline very sharply when the magical kingdom is not in season. And this usually means the months just after summer ends. Whereas a simple room costs around 200 dollars per night during the season, it can drop down to less than a hundred bucks during off season (around 85 dollars a night). However note that such value hotels among the worst-situated on Disney World resort property, their DTS buses are among the most crowded, and they're really nothing more than glorified motels. A better option would be the nearby located dedicated vacation McMansions. And they're comparatively very cheap, check them out on sites like All Star Vacation Homes and IPG Florida Vacation Homes.

These were a few of the Disney Vacation Travel Tips which can save you money.
